    The item is beautiful but they should have send a few photos to communicate the actual item that i was going to receive. I bought the large size because I wanted it to be long and wide. I got the one that was long and narrow – not the ideal i had in mind when paying over double the listed price when you look at the smaller size. I thought it would be way more than 8”wide at 19” long. But hey it was a personalized birthday gift for my wife- she will like it but I will probably buy another one elsewhere. You may want to consider having a telephone conversation with your buyers in the future before you ship the product out the door to sit at UPS all weekend. I cant give you less than 5 stars because the item is nice, just not in line with my expectations…

Arrived in one layer of thin bubble wrap with one piece of crumpled packing paper inside a plain cardboard delivery box that you can’t even repurpose to wrap it in because of the mailing sticker and dirt/grime from transit. So, if it’s a gift- buy a separate box. Wood itself was good enough, engraving was as described and delivery was on time. Less than 1 week. Overall, would recommend as a last minute gift option.
